Completely hands-free and weighing in at just 5.2 ounces, the ContourHD can either be attached to a hat or a helmet or it can slide and lock on to other pieces of clothing or equipment. High Definition Video and Audio

The ContourHD captures high definition (HD) video modes of 1080p by means of a 135° wide-angle lens that records scenes exactly as your eyes see them without fish eye distortion. Choose among three different resolutions and two frame rates when you’re setting up your optimal shot. Up to eight hours of HD video or 32 GB of content can be recorded on the Micro SD card that comes with the ContourHD camera.

The ContourHD camera also comes with an internal light metering system that lets you choose sharpness and exposure.

An internal, omni-directional microphone provides your adventures with a true-to-life soundtrack controlled by a side switch that lets you choose the volume at which you want to record.

The Editing Experience

The ContourHD camera uses editing software called Contour Storyteller that allows you to access GPS maps to show the world where your adventures take place. Once your HD video is up on Contour.com, it’s easy to spread the word of your adventures virally by embedding a link on your very own website, sharing a link via Facebook or sending a link to your circle of friends.
